As a small company, we have the freedom to create a workplace that is more than simply an office. Like most professionals, we work hard by day, but want to leave behind an imprint that is far more meaningful and deeply satisfying than a 9-to-5 job. Each year we devote time and a percentage of our earnings to support meaningful non-profit causes. The return on investment for the company is enormous. The positive impact we can have on others is beyond measure. Conran is pleased to support:

Having started my first career, earlier than most, fresh out of high school as a professional ballet dancer, I have always sought more from my work than just a workaday job. As a contracted member of the Boston Ballet for a decade, I was passionate about my stagecraft, yet equally intent on paving a path to a college degree and ultimately a successful career in public relations. I am indebted to a number of key people who took the time to introduce me to business, journalism, fund raising, PR and the empowerment of higher education at Brown University, while I was still a swan in the corps de ballet line up. My hope is to give back to other young professional dancers who are contemplating a career in communications. In tandem with the Career Transition for Dancers organization, Conran has established a mentor and internship program, whereby young dancers can work with our firm to gain experience and insight into PR before retiring from the stage.
